To be able to generate hydroelectric power, we need a large amount of running water or water reservoir.
This large amount of water needed to operate, some machines called rotating turbines. The turbines are intended to move generators that convert energy generated by the turbines (mechanics), in electric power.

The process to be able to generate electricity through Hydro begins when:
-The Sun heats water in oceans, rivers, dams or reservoirs, generating a process of evaporation.
-Evaporation rises and creates clouds which eventually produce rain, then flowing through the aforementioned media.
-The water of these media, has a lot of power mechanics, therefore the hydroelectric power are located strategically to take advantage of this power, since not being located at short distances, the friction of the water with the beaches, rocks, animal, among other things they may have these means water would the loss of all potential energy.
